City Wide Cleanup and E-Waste Day This Saturday in Fairfield

Saturday, April 13th will be a busy day for cleaning up in the city of Fairfield. City officials have announced a city wide cleanup day for that day. The clean up will take place from 8 AM until 12-noon at 908 E. King Street.

An E-Waste day is also taking place that same day from 8 AM until noon at the former Wayne County Recycling Center at 501 SW 10th Street. Items accepted at the E-Waste day include computers, monitors, computer speakers, phones, stereos, keyboards, mice, servers, copiers and printers, scanners, televisions, cameras, fax machines, miscellaneous wiring, mp3 players, items with electronic boards, dvd players, vcrs, Zip drives, cable or satellite receivers, video game consoles, and more.
