Cisne Downs Webber in Baseball, Continuing Play in MTC Baseball Tournament

Cisne Baseball picked up a 7-2 win over the Webber Trojans at Bluford. The game was originally to be played at Cisne, but due to field conditions, the game was moved to Webber.

Cisne jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the first on a Zach Dagg RBI single. The Runnin Lions would add 2 more in the inning on a steal of home and 3 base error that scored a runner from first. Webber score a run in the top of the 2nd to make it 3-1 before Cisne earned that run back in the bottom of the 2nd on a Hagen Howard RBI single. Cisne scored 3 more in the bottom of the 5th on an a pair of errors and a Benjamin Spitzner RBI Single. Webber added an additional run in the top of the 7th.

With the win, Cisne is now 8-7 on the season. They will continue MTC Tournament Play tonight at Cisne against Woodlawn.
