Wayne County Soil and Water Announces Leaf Collection Winners

The Wayne County Soil and Water Conservation District has announced their 2024 Leaf Collection winners. Winners include 1st place Bristol Harvey of New Hope, 2nd place Jude Webb of New Hope, 3rd place Mason Lane if Cisne, 4th place Kate Endsley of Cisne, and 5th place Kylee Hase of New Hope.
The lead collection contest was amongst 6th graders at Jasper, Cisne, and New Hope Schools. The event took place on Tuesday at Sam Dale Lake in Johnsonville. Cash prizes ranged from $35 all the way down to $10.
