Arizona Man Arrested for DUI in Wayne County

Illinois State Police arrested a Prescot Valley, Arizona man late Monday following a traffic stop.
At 10:28 PM, Illinois State Police arrested 53-year-old Paul D. Garrett. At the scene, officers determined that Garrett was driving under the influence of alcohol.
Garrett was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail, where he is being held without bond.
