Louisiana Man Arrested In Connection With Area Burglaries

Fairfield City Police have arrested a man who they believe has been involved with several burglaries in the Fairfield Area. The arrest took place around 10 AM on Thursday.

56-year-old James H. Batterson of Louisiana was located by authorities and matched a description that was given by witnesses of several burglaries in the city. Batterson was wanted by Louisiana Parole Authorities as well for burglary.

Batterson was booked into the Wayne County Jail.
