Pair of Fairfield Men Plead to DUI

A pair of Fairfield men in separate incidents pled guilty to DUI charges.

24-year-old Noel Walker after pleading to his DUI will serve a year of court supervision and pay court costs of $2481.

25-year-old James M. Kincart pled guilty to aggravated DUI and leaving the scene of an accident. Kincart will serve 18 months of probation and pay court costs of $4481. As part of the pleas, counts of criminal damage to government property, dui, unlawful possession of cannabis, and illegal transportation of alcohol were dismissed. Kincart was also credited with days of jail time served.
