A WOMAN who went missing over a year ago has been found after walking into a gas station and telling the attendants to call the cops.

Tori Milsak, 35, was abruptly handcuffed after revealing her identity on Thursday.

According to ABC affiliate KATV, the missing woman walked into a convenience store in Little Rock, Arkansas, at 3 p.m. and informed employees that she had a warrant for her arrest.

Minutes later, Little Rock police officers arrived and booked her; she is currently being held at the Garland County Detention Center.

Officials have not revealed why she was arrested, but court documents obtained by The Sun show that she was charged with breaking or entering and first-degree criminal mischief prior to her disappearance.

Her lawyer represented her in this case in court on Friday.

Milsak’s brother, Jason Hamel, said he was stunned to learn she was still alive, but he felt immediate relief that his sibling was safe.

“I would been told that she might have been murdered multiple times,” he told the local media.

“Hope was gone. I mean, as everyone said, you hold onto the 1% chance that she will be found alive, and she is that 1%.

Hamel previously stated that Milsak stopped speaking with their family in 2023 after their sister died in a motorcycle accident.

Hamel and his father had decided to remove her from life support, and Milsak was devastated by the situation and suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, according to the brother.

The brother was haunted by their final conversation, in which they disagreed over the tragic situation.

Milsak recalls shutting down his sister because she “sounded mad about something” during their conversation.

“I told her that I did not have time to deal with her crap right now,” Hamel stated in an interview before his sister was discovered.

“She simply said, ‘I am sorry. I love you. I will call you in a week.’ And I never heard from her.

“So, that is haunted me for the last year, thinking that maybe if I took an extra five minutes, things could have been different.”

Milsak was reported missing on June 6, 2024, and was last seen in Hot Springs, Arkansas, approximately one hour west of Little Rock.

‘START THE HEALING’

After learning that his sister had been found, Hamel stated that he was “very angry, not at Tori, but at some people.”

He stated that he would work to “start the healing process” and “rebuild Tori’s life.”

“I am nervous, and I want to find out what happened,” he said, noting that he had not spoken with her yet.

“Was she held against her will?” It is been one year. I want to see her and make sure she is okay.

Milsak’s close friend has started a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for her “legal battle.”

She stated in the description that the missing woman’s charges are “from before her disappearance.”

“She is in urgent need of legal representation to ensure her case is handled fairly and with care for her mental and physical well-being,” a close friend wrote.

“Her family and friends are also trying to get her into a treatment facility.

“All funds will go directly to cover legal fees, court costs, and if possible, the initial intake costs for mental health or substance abuse treatment.”

Early on Sunday morning, Hamel posted online that he still had not received any updates and chastised people for sharing “negative comments.”

“There are still a lot of questions to be answered.” “This is not over, and Tori will require all of the help she can get to tell her story,” he wrote.

The US Sun has contacted local authorities for more information on Milsak’s case.
