A 55-year-old man has been charged with murder after a domestic homicide, according to Worth police.
Anthony Acosta, Sr., 55, was charged with murder for a domestic-related homicide on July 5.
Around 4:13 a.m., Worth Police responded to a 911 call in the 11500 block of South Nagle Avenue. Officers discovered a dead adult victim inside. Evidence suggested that the incident was domestic.
Acosta was taken into custody on the scene.
The Cook County State Attorney’s Office approved the charges on Sunday.
